Rules for the stay of pets in the hotel
- Only small and medium dogs are accepted.
- Pets must be educated so as not to disturb the rest of the guests and free of fleas and/or ticks.
- Pets must remain on a leash when in the common areas of the hotel (Pool, Parking and Green Areas, Rancho, Reception) unless it is in the guest’s room.
- Vaccines up to date.
- Guests are responsible for all property damage and/or personal injury resulting from their pet. The hotel reserves the right to charge such damages.
- Animals are not allowed in the pool.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside and outside the room.
- Only two pets per room are allowed.
- Do not leave your pets alone in the room.
- In case of disturbances such as barking or annoying noises, these must be restricted and ensure a proper rest for all guests.
